Also you will be get one basic ability , either fire, ice or electricity from the gear you operate, it generally won't scale up as Heroes get stronger, but your Boss is trying to develop a way to give you the powers innately , you will still need to be in shape all year round , just up to the level of your average athlete and if you're arrested , expect to have your boss set up a break out every 5-6.5 months, for the group of you that got captured.
