What should I do about my toxic P.E teacher?

I pretty much have a problem with my P.E teacher. One time theres a sport activity thing, he mocked me and insulted me infront of my whole school. I’m good at sports but whenever i did a small mistake, he would insult me infront of the class and he doesn’t care if my class insults me. He lets my class insult and bully me. So 2 days ago, i finished doing my exam and i was bored so I passed a note to my friend. (we were not asking for answers btw). He saw us passing notes, showed up to our table and knocked our heads and tear up the paper. He said he would report it to my parents and my teachers. I’m really sure that he’s picking on me. What should I do?
