What kinds of gifts would you actually like from your employer to reward years of service?

If you had a say in rewards from employer for your years of service, what would you want?

I work in consulting and a client has asked for ideas to reward employees for staying with the company. They have employees who have been there from 1 year to 30+ years. Ages accross the spectrum. It’s a tech company. HR really want to know what kinds of rewards (not cash, only actual things or services) would really promote loyalty. Doesn’t want to be lame and give a trophy or cheap watch. I see many posts about terrible ways employers thank employees with cheap “gifts.” What would make you say wow, I think they actually value me, after 1 year? 5 years? 20 years?
