I want to give up on life, should I ?

I'm 30, will be 31 in MARCH and my life is worse than it's ever been. I have a notebook full of goals, and I'm not able to reach none of them. I think about all the years I lost, and think that my best years behind me. I read something where a guy said a woman is WORTHLESS once she hit her 30's.

I am completely broke, I lost everything earlier this year and still haven't recovered. I don't have any social life and no real love life. Am I too young to give? Or should I just call my life a lost. ?
