Creating a poll is relatively simple, but there are a couple of steps you should be aware of before you start.
You could just jump right in a click the green "Make A Poll" button in the top right corner:
When you do that, a poll directory will pop up so you can scroll down and find the right category for your poll.
Easier yet, just scroll down to find the category from the main Forums page and select the one you want.
I chose Cars...now I can click that green button to get started:
To get started, add a title, put a description and be sure to click the "Poll" toggle highlighted in the circle below:
Scroll down a bit to add a more specific question and the options you want people to click:
Each time you add an option, a new field opens below to add another. Keep in mind, you only have 10 options!
Next are some options you can add that impacts how the users can answer....number of answers they can give, view-ability of the poll, timeframes, etc.
Click "Make A Poll" and you are done. Of course you can go back and edit while logged in to change things up if needed.
Now you can share it, or just sit back and watch the results.
You can do as many polls as you like, come back often. Just be very mindful of the rules (https://forum.thepollsters.com/forums/the-rules.41/) and be respectful or your account will be deleted.
