Can you tell me what drive-thru etiquette is?

Are you ready to place your order? Pull up to the speaker and make sure you are speaking clearly into it. Don't mumble when you are ordering or face the backseat while you are ordering. As well, it is not a good idea to yell or shout into the speaker. This is just a bad example of manners. What would you consider to be one of the top pet peeves of drive-thru workers?
