30 (F) and I feel like my life is over... will this feeling pass?

I'm 30 (F) will be 31 in April... No kids, No husband, Been depressed my whole life... there's a job coming up next month, but I don't have motivation to want to put effort towards it. I look a mess, I have no car, my credit is horrible, and I feel stuck.

I need $7,500 to move to Chicago for this job to cover my expenses for 3 months while I train... but I feel like it won't happen.
